The Dovetail Bedroom Collection is proudly Made in the USA by over 500 craftsmen and craftswomen in Vaughan-Bassett's factories in the Virginia mountains. The collection features Solid White American Oak solids and white oak veneers. By using ATAP™ (Accelerate The Aging Process) technology, we have kept the splits, cracks, knots and the bold grain pattern found in oak lumber to create a reclaimed wood look in this beautiful and unique bedroom collection. This collection is made exclusively for consumers who understand and value a reclaimed wood look.
The dominant design feature is the dovetail, a wood joinery technique dating back thousands of years and which we display prominently near the top of each bed post, the front right and front left top rim of each case piece, and in all four comers of each mirror. Until now, only Mother Nature could make wood look this good. The Dovetail Bedroom Collection by Vaughan-Bassett comes in four fantastic finishes - Natural Oak, Java, Mystic Grey, and Sun Bleached White.
